Are there as many differences between male and female sexuality as we used to think before. The following are the results on different researches of sexuality of both sexes.
It's well known fact that men are visuals and their sexual excitement are winded up by watching. While female sexual perception aspects are mostly around scents area. The scent of a male body is a powerful sexual booster for all women. Unlike men, who get aroused with a mere view of some female body parts, women are excited about completely different things. For example, they are always bothered about the feelings you have towards her. However it would be wrong to say that women are completely indifferent to visual stimulation. They reactions are just weaker. The view of a nude body of the opposite sex person leads to sexual excitement of 4/5 of males and only of 1/5 of females. But the excitement of a woman depends, to a greater degree, on her sexual experience and on the type of erotic stimulation. For example men can and do enjoy watching porn very much while the majority of women find it not esthetic.

According to Massachusetts University research data, 61 percent of men include in their sexual fantasies elements of violence; 54 percent of women fantasize about threesome experience, and 72 percent about having sex with her ex partner. Men like talk dirty during sexual intercourse, but for the majority of women dirty talk is not sexually arousing. Females prefer to hear tender and sweet words while having sex with their partners, as they needs to be not just a sex object for their men, but something more. And its not an easy task for a man to explain that talking dirty doesn’t mean not respecting your partner, but simply a way to get yourself aroused.

A curious experiment was held on the similar topic. People had to listen to couple of different stories, including erotic, romantic, and something in between – half erotic, half romantic. While listening to these stories the participants had to tell about their feelings and their sexual reactions were registered with the help of special appliances. Surprisingly, the results didn't show much difference between male and female reactions. The most arousing for both sexes turned out to be half erotic and half romantic stories. Note that erotic scenes had a greater impact on females, not males. But the most curious fact is that none of them found romantic stories arousing.

The most arousing scenes both for men and women were scenes with a dominant woman. And the erotic interest of all females depended on their menstrual period. It reaches its highest pick before and during the period and decreases in 7 days after the period.
The majority of men seek for a one-night stand, but it is not typical for women for whom sex is just the start of future relationship. At least, they hope for that. In all cultures male sexuality is considered as more aggressive and straight forward than female. Therefore, when a man comes across a sexually aggressive female he began unconsciously backing up and his sexual drive drops down. Only 5-7% of men enjoy sexual submission play.
